Consider This An Invitation, To My Gangsta Nation!
I’m back! After taking a 15 month break from the world of blogging I am back with a vengeance! There came a point in my life back in Nov of ‘08 where I started feeling incredibly overwhelmed. I had stretched myself thin across so many projects and commitments that something in my life needed to change. I’m the kind of guy that if I do something, I want to do it right. My solution at the time was to cut out everything that couldn’t be considered a priority, maintaining this blog being one of those things. Fast forward to Feb 1st 2010. I finally feel like I have my life back. I now find myself standing at a crossroad where I once again have the ability to pursue my passions and do the things I love, writing being one of those things.
Besides writing, movies have always been a passion of mine. A couple of months ago I launched The Reel Place with some of my friends. My goal was to use it as an outlet to write and share my love of films with others and as an effect, kill two birds with one stone so to speak. To date I would have to say that it has been a success. Throughout this year I will use this blog as a similar outlet for me. I’m looking forward to sharing my life again with others.
Today starts a new chapter in the life of Sarah and I. In the almost 2 years we have been married we have been tossed around from house to house due to circumstances out of our control. Last night we moved into a condo in Provo practically next door to our two closest friends, Sasha and Lehi. Sarah and I couldn’t be happier. The year of 2010 is looking bright. We have a lot of goals and even more to look forward to. 2010, here we go…

I love the choice of colors and laid out. Its very fun, informal but with taste. I am finding out that it takes a lot of energy to keep up with a blog, but if its preserved for the future, its such a cool way of keeping up a journal !

I sometimes read your movie reviews although I don’t go to the movies often and that’s an overstatement. Last time I was at the movies was last summer to see Julie & Julia . I’ve been meaning to see Avatar since I read your review but I haven’t been able to. Well, congratulation to you and Sarah and I know you two will be happy together no matter where you are. Love you!
